Applying for a place at St Laurence’s CE Primary School

Welcome to St Laurence’s CE Primary School.  If you are considering a place for your child, please ring the School Office on 01257 262940 to arrange a visit.  We also hold Open Days in October and November, to which you would be very welcome.  Applications for places in our reception class should be made via Lancashire County Council's website:

If you wish to submit further information to support your application to a church school, please also complete the Supplementary Information Form.  This should be handed in or emailed to the school office when making your application.

If your child has been refused a place you may appeal the decision. Your reasons for appealing will then be considered by an independent panel at an appeal hearing. You will have the chance to attend the appeal hearing and present your case.
